Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must include original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice.
- Products damaged due to misuse, physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for return or refund.
- Used or damaged products after delivery will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products purchased on clearance or special discount offers
- Used earphones, headphones, or personal hygiene products
- Software, gift cards, or digital products
- Products damaged by the customer
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- The refund will be sent through the original payment method or mobile banking/bank transfer.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received was incorrect or defective.
Replacement Policy
Customers can request a replacement if:
- The product is defective
- Wrong product was delivered
- Product arrived physically damaged
Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours after delivery with proper unboxing proof or images/videos.
Warranty Support
Products with official warranty will receive service according to the brand’s warranty terms and conditions. Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or accidental damage caused by the user.
Delivery & Return Shipping
- Customers may need to bear return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by Time’s Tech.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
